When I boot up the game for the first time in a day, the usual notification pops up that says you’ve earned points for gamepass. If I hold down the Xbox button to claim those rewards, upon returning to the game, none of the buttons on my controller work. I am unable to get past the screen that says: “Press A to start.” I have to restart my console and the game in order to fix the issue.

Update: it now appears that my controller input is disabled even if I merely trigger a reward from Gamepass.

Update #2: still having issues with this. I’m not entirely certain that it’s tied to achievement notifications or gamepass notifications, anymore. I booted up my series x to check the daily shop, and ended up having to restart my console and the game numerous times. Finally was able to get past the main menu screen. This needs some serious attention. Please.
