First bug
In the museum if you go into the garage
Face the garage door on the inside and go under the stairs
Make sure you're staring at the garage door.
Once there crouch and move left and you'll find yourself under the floor where the neighbor can't see or catch you.
And second bug I've seen is that items like the shovel nearby the Hunters house tend to fall through the floor and aren't retrievable and If this occurs and IF there's a respawn system for items then it won't respond.
