While I was at mr.ottos house, I grabbed the shovel and i accidentally dropped it, and the shovel fell through the ground, the only way to get it back is to reset my progress

Just use load last safe just after it disappeared and either u will have a shovel in ur hand or it will spawn another one at the top of that guy's house
- U will have another shovel at the museum after loading last save.
