There is a game breaking glitch that has managed to happen to me for 2 NPCs now and others have seen it happen for more, I suspect it's possible on every level.
For me, the guy with the gun at the Cabin walked into the downstairs corner desk, the one by the bear statue, and got stuck. This happened like, within 5 minutes of me exploring the house, so the rest of the level was super easy.
The second time was a little more complicated. The Jazz House guy. I unlocked his secret Jazz Room, which by the way,
the THUMBTACKS on the wall that give the answer to this puzzle are not lit at all on PS4 and look BLACK.
Anyways I get into the Jazz Room and hear him coming so I duck into the hiding closet. He walks into the room, immediately gets glitched into the gramophone. The final puzzle.
I ended up being able to solve the puzzle by staying just out of his reach to put the record on and flip the switch, but that only gave me like 2 seconds to climb up onto the platform before he turns it back off.
Would have just been a little funny if it weren't for the fact that my game crashed and save got deleted as soon as I picked uo the Gear Key.
