Same here. I accidentally threw it instead of using it at the dirt mound and now its gone forever. Cant move forward and i dont want to stsrt a new game

at this point im starting to think that the dev should add a command to replace the shovel on the roof because its happening to everyone including me...

I found a fix-ish I was wondering around looking for it and it was in the safe in neighbors old one frome night one

Check in the neighbor’s house, the room with the safe. My shovel clipped through the map as I was digging up the safe. I couldn’t get it to respawn, and almost restarted. But then I randomly found it in the safe in the neighbor’s old house.

Just use load last safe just after it disappeared and either u will have a shovel in ur hand or it will spawn another one at the top of that guy's house

  1. U will have another shovel at the museum after loading last save.
