I preordered the game back when the beta came out, I live in Canada, It cost about 90$ for the deluxe edition, The game has been installed for awhile, and at first it said 'release date 5th Dec, (though this edition was supposed to be launched the 1st) Now The game still foes not launch and prompts me to 'buy it', despite already being paid for, and installed to the game library.
