items not spawning back in original spots.

I had the boar head in my inventory, I took it out to make room and after the cutscene when I went back to pick it up, it was gone. I went to the museums and checked the trunk of the car where it originally spawns and it’s not there. I’m playing on the pc game pass

I’ve tried to reload save and I’ve even closed the game out completely as well
