HN at this point is all talk and no game. What I mean is that you only seem to care about being able to say that you have a 40 dollar game with 3 DLCs as soon as possible but you leave the game itself rushed as heck with features that would make it good removed specifically for having less polishing to do and get it out quicker (even then the game is buggy as hell which is actually incredible). Same for saying you have a multiplayer game and a VR game and a construction game.
Main problems I have with HN2:
- The story is just book things with quentin to see it. I was expecting something new (there are some new things but they're not important currently). ||Basically its about how the neighbor is torturing his son by forcing him to stay inside and the son wants to leave but he also wants to stay because he thinks he deserves it.|| Same for the lore. Nightmares 2 and 3 were not needed, only the first one caught me off guard.
- The puzzles are 98% filler. What I call filler puzzles is things like how you need to put an object somewhere to get access to another object that you have to put somewhere else. Also having to match the picture through very easy interactions, they're not rewarding or fun. Those are filler because it takes so little effort to implement them and no effort at all to come up with, but most importantly it takes no time and I think that's why you went with this kind of puzzle.
- The AI is like I said too basic and that really limits what can be done with the neural network. Their item interaction is just about putting them back to their original location and that's it. I don't call that advanced. All of the characters have the same AI and that's a shame because they could have all acted differently
- The graphics are overall good but there's a problem with animations in cutscenes and the set of in-game animations for characters is too small to look natural
- The Library and hello copter DLCs are a pain to play through/use and are not worth any money.
