Game lags for no reason. | Hello Neighbor Games | Page 1

I first thought it was my computer but I no longer think that.
The game runs really smooth for a couple of seconds and than the frame rate drops significantly for a couple of seconds.(it doesn't matter what settings I'm using it still happens even on the lowest settings) While playing the game I checked the task manager and my gpu ,cpu and memory usage is pretty low. Approximately 20% of the gpu, 20 %of my cpu and 40% of my ram is being used while playing the game. Another thing worth mentioning,the game stops lagging completely during: Night time sections , while playing the free roam mode at the end of the game and also while playing the dlc's.
My specs: 16 ram, gtx 1050ti ,intel I5
