#Hello Neighbor And Transparency

Something that I have commented on before, and likely other people have noticed, is that there are promises made for Hello Neighbor products which are never lived up to. (if the neural network IS in fact not in the game,) Was the game advertised to have Neural Network a year before actually testing if it works? If it was removed from the game, it sure must've not worked properly. A Quest System for NPC's was promised, this is not in the game, and is another thing that I assume was likely just not functional/tested when announced. I really want there to be Transparency with what they can actually do with the game, and without promising big things that won't end up happening till months after launch. There was also a weird thing against showing the development of Hello Neighbor Games. We WANT to see how the game turned out, no matter how weird it looked or how bad it was. It concerns me that this wasn't addressed before. This transparency is what people want.

I haven't played the game yet, but I think just by looking at the feedback channel. The game had a TON of empty promises, either they actually had them at one point and got rid of them. Or just didn't have them at all!
It's disappointing to see, I hope they make some improvements tomorrow when the game releases to everyone. Or make some future changes!

I’ve also been saving this since 2016. I don’t understand why developers in general think that their games are these top secret classified projects. The community wants to follow the development, see what’s going on, and give feedback to the developers. It shouldn’t take the game releasing for us to finally see how broken the development has been going. Maybe if they came out and said hey we don’t feel confident with the development of the neural network (and many other things), so we are going to cut it from the 1.0 release. Hell if they could have even done a community poll asking if they should just delay the game instead of releasing a broken mess. This game already looks like a joke to all the YouTubers and the community, so people probably already forgot about it and moved on. Such a shame, they had such a good thing going with this game, but they had the worst leaders in charge.
