Hello-copter issues

sometimes, the hook thing bugs out, and you can't fly the drone around until you restart to last save.
also after beating the game, you get the option to go back and explore raven brooks. what does this have to do with the drone? when you spawn in, you don't have to camera to use it. only the drone spawns in.
