I noticed that if you leave the Hellocopter's view while pressing the key to go down the next times you'll use it it'll automatically fall down, pressing the key to go up does not seem to cancel the issue it remains stuck on the ground, If you leave it while pressing up and go back to it it'll ascend and whenever you press down it'll go down automatically and you won't be able to make it ascend. Exiting to main menu doesn't fix the issue, you have to close the game. (I've not tried if it does the same thing with a controller)

Well I don't know what's causing the issue, it just did it without me leaving the hellocopter...
