Hellocopter Softlock

While playing the Late Fees DLC i was using the Hellocopter and used the hook on a valve to see if it'd activate it, the hook pulled the valve out of its place
I later went to that pipe and realized i cannot interact with it or pick it up to put it back in its place, softlocking myself and having to restart the DLC

do the dlcs not save? in normal game exiting and resuming the game automatically gives back your hellocopter
