When you get to the Bakery, in the hole in the wall where you can see Gerda baking, if you crouch you can clip through there and even get caught by Gerda. If that happens, a slightly glitched death animation would play where you can see inside yourself. This was on PlayStation 5 but I believe it is on all platforms.
