DLC Not Sharing Between Accounts

All DLC is only available on the account/profile that purchased the DLC. This can be annoying at times, especially when someone else wants to play but they can’t play the DLC on their account/profile. A lot of other games (I believe) let all profiles/accounts play downloaded content.

NOTE: All three DLC are installed and no matter what account/profile you are on, it says they are installed.
