Hi, in order to download the Early Access, please restart your PlayStation or log in/log out. If that doesn't work, please do the following:

For PS4:

  • Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.
  • Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed and try accessing your content again.

For PS5:

  • Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
  • Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed, then try accessing your content again.

Please remember that the Early Access is only available to players that purchased the Hello Neighbor Deluxe Edition.
