The game crashes at any graphics settings

I click "New Game" and my game crashes. This happens even at the lowest graphics settings (the same problem was in Beta and Demo, while Beta I normally started at medium settings, and Demo I started only at low).

I bought hello neighbore 2 deluxe edition

Not meeting the minimum requirements means that we cannot guarantee that the game will perform as intended, and crashes are unfortunately to be expected.

We can suggest trying to run the game on the absolute minimum graphics settings and maybe using DirectX 11 by typing -DX11 under the game's "Launch options.

How can I start playing in Hello Neighbor 2 on 5 days erlier? I Got deluxe edition and see only Neighbor 2 that relies on december 6 and Neighbor 2 Playtest in my library?
