How to prepare The Rocket:

Step 1. Grab a wrench and, as Neighbor, go outside of the map using the Shed Glitch.

Step 2. Go to the Ferris Wheel and go to the left. There's a thing with screws. Unscrew the screws and grab the Yellow Key.

Step 3. Go to the Police Station. The Rocket key is there.

Step 4. Toss both the Yellow Key and the Rocket Key over the fence and use beartraps to knock yourself while you're outside the map.

Step 5. When you respawn, grab both the Yellow Key and the Rocket Key from where you threw them.

Step 6. Use the Yellow Key in the Neighbor Room. There's a case containing a button that you can unlock. Pressing the button will get you the Punchcard.

Step 7. Turn off all of the lights. This will make the power go all the way up.

Step 8. Go to the front of the Rocket and unlock it using the Rocket Keys.

Step 9. Get the booster blueprints from inside of the Sattelite Dish. You probably need to be Inventor.

Step 10. This is just a guess, but I believe you need to install the booster to the bottom of the rocket. Then, you should be able to start it.
