I feel like two kids are already really OP if they are together, there's no need for a whole group of kids to take the Neighbor down, so the best tip is never be alone. I feel like the Neighbor doesn't feel like an enemy at all.

The Neighbor player has to play very tactic to be able to win and there's too many times where the winner of a match is defined by luck. As someone that has been playing SN since Halloween Alpha, I feel like there's a huge need of a Neighbor buff and something that would make kids want to run away instead of spamming the Neighbor player with objects.

Uhh, well this isnt necesarily about the Neighbor but some tips that newer players should know, like:

-Use a hammer to repair broken saucepans!
_Eating a chocolate bar will briefly speed you up!
-Drinking Power Milk can increase your throw strength!

Some other tips:

-Make sure to keep an item with you to defend yourself!
-Throw an item at a kid when transformed to the Neighbor to stun them for a longer duration!
