There are some games that you buy in the Microsoft Store that you can play in both Xbox and Windows 10, but in this case, SN it's separated, for getting the game in PC you gotta go to Steam and in Xbox to the Microsoft Store, and even tho the Microsoft Store is on Win10 too, it's just not made for you to be able to have it on PC too
