The Neighbor is the Demogorgon or Pennywise (the Clown) the kids are.. the kids and Nicky is Will or Georgie but instead of trapped in the upside down or sewers hes trapped in the basement and they are trying to save him and Mayak is the Upside Down

Before the halloween alpha, he was MUCH slower than the kids, like unbareably.
