That's why having this ability would help the neighbor to spare them/ "kill" one of this and then just use the other mechanics to win. If this ability is overused, even if the kid is good it would still be way to difficult for him to win the match
The idea of this ability isn't to be another mechanic, it's to avoid situations where it's impossible for the neighbor player to win, and it's only available when it's completely necessary, still using this ability won't ensure the neighbor's victory, but it can help him to get to it
It's basically to avoid the over killing of the neighbor, just gives the neighbor ONE chance to reduce the number of kids for him to be easily to win the game, and that's why it's only once per match and 15 - 20 sec, for the kids to be fair.
Even with the neighbor in this mode it's quite easy for the kids to not get captured and save their friends "easily"
