@copper escarp It doesn't really matter right now, as there's no playtest going on, but to answer your question in general terms... open your Steam library, look at the bottom of your screen, and click "Add a game". Then "Activate a product on Steam". Then you just put the code in.
That's just how you do it in general, but for Secret Neighbor, you can activate keys during the next playtest.
