It's called Secret Neighbor Alpha, the alpha is not listed on steam store, it only appears in your library after activating the key.

I think at one point, Secret neighbor either during the halloween alpha or a different concept for the game was supposed to have something to do with a Werewolf. There is a lot of stuff pointing towards it like unused textures. I was also told that the original concept for the game was supposed to be a werewolf chasing kids instead of the neighbor ( don't quote me on that ) and there is a few unused icons in the game files as well. I Found this texture related to a WereWolf in the games files. Might be concept art of what the original idea was supposed to be

There is also some other unique shirts and leggings that are in the game files as well. I think Neighbor Customization is also being planned as i found a few different variations of the neighbor's main outfit, unlikely though.
