I tried everything and I couldn’t get out, the neighbour found me but couldn’t catch me or do anything to me. It's easy I captured all 4 kids who sticked together and they knew I was the neighbor they we're so smart so I had to study their moves and I did it Once I started studying their moves it was easy mode for me and then there was one left and then he unlocked both of the keys and I grabbed him after20 tries

there's no limit, and all you have to do as the neighbor is put a metric ton around the basement door and enterances to the living room and they cant save themselves once they get caught, if they travel in pairs, just capture the other one
