I had a problem with the actual whole Brick door system. The bricks would spawn in weird positions, like it completely cut off all access to the greenhouse. Cut off the junk bridge up, cut off the gym way, cut off the kitchen way,

I think it's kind of meant for the Neighbor to be OP. I mean it's a grown man against a group of kids. He's op because the kids are in groups, it discourages splitting up as you can be easily cut off from the group and caught.
