I think it will have one. There is already a basic plot, Secret Neighbor takes place in between act one and act two of Hello Neighbor. The children's friend has been kidnapped and is being held hostage in the basement. You as a child have to save him.

@vale sandal I started making a feedback video, but I can't make it, so here's a long feedback.
1) Introductory
The game idea is good. The voice chat isn’t useful. The game is balanced. Rarely connection problems happen. The game din't crash.
2) Voice chat
It’s not useful. It’s rare when people speak in voice chat, but if they do this, sometimes they are too loud or just annoying. It would be good if I would see who speaks, change the volume or mute members. The voice chat sounds good, doesn’t stutter.
3) Connection
There are sometimes lags. It’s very rare to get disconnected, but lags are sometimes annoying.
4) Bugs

When I leave a custom game, the menu doesn’t load custom games, but if I enter a quick game, then leave it. the UI loads the custom games.
Often when a game ends, I can see the starter screen, that says “Press space to continue”. When I press space, I can see the other players, but I can’t play with them, because I only have “Find game” button.
Once after the bug I mentioned before I could hear the voice chat of the game I was in.
Three times the game ended with children win, but no keys were found. (Someone somehow got into the basement.)
In v0.8.15 when I leave custom game sometimes I can’t see the Ready/Not ready label under my name, if I press the ready button other players still see the Not ready label under my name.
5) Suggestions
Voice chat UI that indicates who speaks, way to change the volume of a specified member
Kick: somehow kick a player from a game or server or Anti-AFK system and Report system
