The lag is based on your pc/network connection/ location in relation to server, and optimized state of the game itself.

There is not really a 'fix' for it currently, until the game has more updates pushed out

Btw @copper escarp it may not be on Netflix, but i highly recommend a tv series that aired in 2004 called "lost" seriously one of the best shows ive ever watched and im so glad that i took the time to watch all of it, a lot of people stopped watching after season 4/5 but man, if you continue right through its so worth it. It also changed tv history.

yeah you put in your email at first then you get accepted via email in it is the download link and redeem keys, then you open the launcher copy paste one of the redeem keys and boom! install and verify your acc that you make, Done

If you put it really low (and on fullscreen) it will look really blurry. It's not only size based

i had it set to a bad resolution i got 2 big bars so i had to switch back to 1920x1080 .-.
