I actually found the Neighbor a mix at times. The radar should be toned down in terms of the span of time it takes to see a kid's blip and should be motion sensitive, but the killer should also have a piece of equipment that'll allow him to deal with meddlesome kids from a distance. Maybe send out a small dog to bite a kid's ankle and slow 'em down for a sec? I dunno, lol.
