I went above FP cap on my max lvl run even tho it wasn't limitless. I just added ~60 permanent FP with brain blast. After that reloads could add even more FP. Also brain blast is probably bugged because it allows to add more than 1 FP which is brooooken.
when it comes to brain blast, FP it already has don't increase the amount but FP gained this turn from things like: reload, holo sight etc. do
also i think when i increased FP with overflow and jack of all trades turn before, it also increased the amount of FP granted by brain blast
And 50k overkill from this fight still didn't register
not sure yet if it's only for fusion draft or every overkill

brain blast is affected by all fp bonuses except for the permanent fp it adds
strangely, it only increases permanent fp once per turn
given that time turner is time turner, this might be justifiable

The final fight has a variety of special mechanics. One of them being that FP caps do not apply in that fight, but also you can't submit overkills in that fight either. Also it's intentional that losing that fight still counts as winning (just not submitting to the "killing death" leaderboard). It's like Slay the Spire a little bit where the final boss fight is option
