I need a general plan for Toras domination of Rizia.
I know that you need to remove provincial police and centralise the military, I also need to reunite with Axel peacefully (optional but we can't have war basically), I need to prepare to coup house azaro and sazon during birthday and just be friendly with the rest of the Torases(optional). But how on EARTH DO YOU ACTUALLY DEAL with the ACTUAL reformist protesters and get the eco running. I don't wanna disperse protesters by force for the fear of the quelled protesters debuff (idk how it works.) Also the religious groups are really painful to deal with since I don't wanna go for a theocracy.

If there's any tips or tricks I should know, pls help. Thanks 🙏

one neat thing you can do whenever protests arise is promise them specific bills

idk what you're doing overall but its not that hard to avoid getting revolts

just actually build up industry and resolve crises when notified of them
