I did touch the salaries a couple of times going up and down before completing the training (I had only a couple of points on these training section) because I saw a guide saying something about lower the salaries until 50% morale and then increase them until 100% and then repeat until reaching minimum salary.
Will this work fine when I complete the whole training or I already messed up? If so, where is the button to fix it? XD

Ok, you must complete the Management Training.
And then, you can go to the Daily Salary Page.
And do the same for all the staff.
Example for the pilots,
Raise the pay to get morale at 100%.
Then, lower till a red Pop Up appears in the top, it's said something like
Error
Minimum Salary is $200.
Repeat this over and over, till i get 100% morale and the lowest pay.
