I think it has to do with the engine mod for the 970? But then how do I set up the routes on the bot for the engine I have?

You ordered an A388 with the wrong engine. The bot always starts with the fastest one. To fix this, enter the following in the bot after the aircraft: ...A388[1sfc]. The 1 stands for the second fastest. 2 for the third fastest. sfc is speed fuel co2 modified.
