I'm currently generating around $40 million per day with a fleet consisting of 60 DC-9-10s, 40 MC-21-400s, and 10 A310-300Fs for cargo operations. I'm wondering when would be the ideal time to start upgrading or replacing my short-haul aircraft. Also, are there any recommendations for expanding further—such as optimal hubs to purchase or other management strategies that could help me scale more efficiently? Continue getting the MC’s until you hit 150 hangar spots (or enough MC’s until your income is around 60M-ish and go for the 747sp’s or il964’s if you are tired of the MC’s), you can swap out the dc’s for whatever you can afford afterwards.
