#replacing my current fleet

MC-21-400's are great, definitely look at buying those
If you want the next stage up, the 747SP or IL-96-400 are both good in the 40 million range
Cool Will have a look at those! Do you have any Boeing or Airbus recommendations for the DC planes replacement?
Not really, MC-21-400s are definitely the best. I think the 757 is close as well.
Thanks!
Mc-21-400 is the way. After I got a fleet of about 30+ of them I switched to Boeing and Airbus (mind you, I added them. They didn't replace the MC's).
At that point, the MC's should rake in enough money that you can add slightly less profitable planes. I did it because I just think certain other planes are cooler. And more realistic for where I'm based.
What Boeing and Airbus planes did you go with?
I’m based in Amsterdam and try to play it a bit true to life. The MC-21-400 seems like a very good choice because of the specs but it is not true to life
Ha, I'm also based in AMS! I've got a bunch of hubs, and decided that I wanted each one of them to either have mostly Airbusses, Boeings or a mix of both.
Shorter routes: mostly B737-800 (they don't bring as much cash as the MC's, but man, they're fuel efficient!) or A320neo/A321neo.
Midrange routes: B737max10 or just the MC-21. For routes I consider more 'fancy', I go with the MAX10. Very profitable, but also much more expensive to buy compared to the MC. Which means it just takes a bit longer to get your investment covered. But I like the way it looks 😄
Long range: there's a lot to choose from. And it also depends on the route.
But for Boeing:
- 747sp
- 787-800
- 777-200
- 777-300
Airbus:
- A340-200
- A350-1000
- A330-800neo
I'm still holding off on jumping to the next level with the 747-8 and A380-8. I just broke the 1 billion barrier on my account today but I want to have a little bit more daily income before I take the next step.
Very cool, thanks a lot for the info!! Because I would like to play it more realistic I think I’m gonna check the A321 and B738!
What do you consider a midrange route? Like Amsterdam to Athens or something?
Check the bot. Chuck in the distance or time you want for the route and it will tell you the most profitable ones
