Every component is engineered for reliability, modularity, and easy field maintenance — built to handle real touring conditions.
Control Box – Internal Components
• 1× 5 V 60 A Power Supply Unit – Stable power for high-density LED setups
• 1× QuinLED Dig-Octa Power-7HC Board (100 A High Current Version) – Handles main 5 V power distribution
• 1× QuinLED Dig-Octa Brainboard-32-8L – ESP32-based controller with 8 level-shifted data channels, Ethernet & SD-card slot
• 1× Neutrik NE8FDY-C6-B Ethernet Passthrough – Rugged RJ45 for Art-Net / LED data input
• 8× Neutrik NC3FD-L (XLR female) – Robust data / power outputs using standard event cabling
• 1× Neutrik PowerCON NAC3FCA / NAC3MPA-1 inlet – 230 V AC mains input (industry standard)
Design philosophy:
Built for live event use — durable, modular, and road-ready.
XLR connectors are used for data + power due to their mechanical strength, availability, and reliable transmission up to 11 m without interference.

Each RGBarz Tube is a custom-designed LED fixture created for professional stage and visual design.
They’re optimized for brightness, reliability, and seamless plug-and-play integration with the RGBarz control boxes.

Custom Engineering
The end caps are individually designed and 3D-modeled by Rick Sanchez to ensure perfect fit, cable alignment, and durability.
These are unique parts, purpose-built for this system’s mechanical and electrical layout.

3 tubes (270 pixels) between each tube max 11 meter , so from controller to the last tube you can make more than 50 meters!

I did not read everything, but what kind of difusor did you use? that was the main reason i went with the normal aluminium profiles you can get from amazon etc.

Hey i got a similar setup (just not 5V but 24V) and i wanted to ask how the 50m work bc i get signal issues after two tubes (each 1m) while connected by standard 5m dmx cables (so at the third tube at 17m) and as far as i can tell you are not signal boosting anywhere right? Might be a cable thing or soldering but i wanted to ask anyway

I do not but power is fine brightness and effects are fine I just get interference artifacts at above 17m
