Use layer with vuetify/tailwind from private github/gitlab repo

Do anyone have example, how to use layer with tailwind/vuetify from private gitlab/github repo?
now i am facing issues described in screenshot, and if i install vuetify in parent project, it ignores all configuration from layer

i'd advise against using vuetify and tailwind together

can you use something like shadcn-vue instead?
