Create a clan and invite your friends to it or join an existing one. Finding teammates for a joint game is now much easier — a global chat is available in the main menu.
Want to record or stream your clan battle or tournament match? Invite people who will do this to a separate group of observers — they are availabe to spectate all players on the map and see detailed information about each of them, as well as use several static cameras installed on each map. The opportunity to become an observer is also available in public matches.

Recently, we received a lot of messages about game crashings back to the main screen during match launching on devices with 1-1.5 GB RAM. Thanks to your feedback, we have done a great job of optimizing the game for devices with similar characteristics. We’re still monitoring the situation.
Our another priority was to fix the bug that causes distortion of the sounds at the high device load. We’ve managed to find and eliminate the causes of its appearance.
Jump mechanics were facilitated. Now making the “bhop” is easier than it was before, with only one exception. 😉
The conditions for accessing the Competitive mode have also become easier: we've changed the minimum required level from 10th to 5th. Furthermore, in this mode drop chances of more valuable items (including ones from “Nameless” collection) are increased.
Warning! This patch isn’t compatible with previous Standoff 2 versions.

Dear Players,
With recent release of patches 0.12.5 and 0.12.6 the most large-scaled (to this moment) banning operation was executed. We’ve banned accounts, which were caught using various cheats. This isn’t the first wave of the raid against cheaters but this time all accounts belonged to them were affected, even if they did not use main accounts to cheat. That is why some accounts, which weren’t spotted cheating were also banned.
We want to remind you, that Standoff 2 Code of conduct prohibits the use of programs, that allow you to change game files or interfere with its functioning. Using modified game versions is not allowed as well. We strongly recommend you to download Standoff 2 from official application stores. Only in this case security of your data and game account can be guaranteed.
Our players comfort is our main priority, and from now on players, who use cheats or game modifications will be be blocked permanently. All user accounts, regardless if the rules were violated on them or not, will be banned.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, it’s better to #stayhome and play Standoff 2.

This day three years ago, on April,17th, the very first version of Standoff 2 was published on Google Play.
At that time, it had only two maps, one mode and three weapons: the Desert Eagle, a heavy pistol, the M4, an assault rifle, and the AWM, a sniper rifle. Standoff 2 had a steep learning curve full of trials and errors, drastic changes in balance and mechanics, and rediscovered maps. Year by year, something new came into play. In 2017, it was so familiar now “Defuse” and “Arms race” modes. The year 2018 came up with a tradition of special events, that was carried further by the year 2019. The latter one hadn’t left us empty-handed either and brought us the “Competitive mode”.
And here we are, in 2020, with positive vistas for our fourth year of Standoff 2 development. We are not going to rest on our laurels, nor being content with what we have now. This time we focused thoroughly on the first, in the history of Standoff 2, game season, which starts with the upcoming 0.13.0 update. The decision to skip the event dedicated to the birthday of the game was made, because of this. However, we’re hoping, that “Season 1” will bring you even more excitement and joy.

Dear Players,
At the beginning of Battle Pass, we’ve got numerous reports on missions being too difficult. Your feedback was taken into consideration and we decided to make them more achievable. You might have already noticed the change in the first week missions. For instance, the necessary MP5 damage level was lowered from 100 000 to 20 000. The second week and further missions are going to be easier as well and will bring you more stars.
Thereby we made a decision to give extra 10 stars to those, who completed missions before their requirements were eased up, and lower prices on Battle Pass levels. Players, who bought them with previous prices, will get their progress recalculated according to new ones within a week. The players, who bought the whole Battle Pass, will get additional rewards in gold.
Apart from that, during this week all of you which complete at least 1 mission, will receive 10 bonus stars. Stay updated!

The very first and full-fledged collection that appeared in Standoff 2 was the Origin collection. It was released with the 0.8.0 update at the end of 2017.
Since then a lot has changed: new collections were added, old ones got reworked, items from the special events appeared. The Origin collection started getting less popular.
We made a decision not let it go into oblivion completely, and from tomorrow Origin cases
and boxes will be no longer available for purchase in the shop. From now on, you can get them as a match reward or buy them from other players in the market.

we’ve been actively tracking fraud cases on in-game Market in Standoff 2. Recently, a massive campaign was carried, in which accounts caught in illegal gold acquisition were blocked. These accounts have received a permanent bancode 2003.
We’d like to remind you, that initiating and taking part in fraudulent schemes in attempts to obtain benefits could not only cause ban of an account, but also attract criminal penalties according to the legislation of most countries.
If you have been affected by one of such schemes, you can always contact us for help via any official channel of communication most suitable for you: by email at standoff2@axlebolt.com or private messages on our official Facebook group. Please, add screenshots of conversations with scammers and in-game Market sales history.
If your account has been stolen, in this case we can only block it, since your account is linked to external services. To restore an access to it, you have to address to the technical support of one of these services, your account is linked to, and provide evidence of you being the owner of it.

A bit about the patch itself.
We changed the “A” point on Zone 9 map. Now the warehouse is surrounded by the wall of boxes from the roadside. This makes this position more secluded and safer for those who take it. Also a stair nearby containers was added. It allows attackers to regroup in case of failed attack. We’re going to collect your feedback on maps further and make changes according to it.
And that’s not all.
How about a match on Competitive Mode maps but with rules of Team Deathmatch? We’ve been curious about it and decided to try out this idea. And this is how our new temporary mode “Arcade” was born. Update the game to play it!

Couple of days ago we posted that our latest update with Arcade mode in App Store was about to be published. And here’s what’s happened.
According to the new Apple policy, the authorization via Apple ID has to be integrated in Standoff 2, so the app could be released on iOS platform. Today we finished this process and submitted the app for review.
Now when you authorize with your Apple ID, new account will be created. That’s why we strongly recommend our players, who have their accounts linked to Game Center, to continue using it. Even though these two services belong to the same ecosystem, they are not interchangeable.
We’re waiting for results of App Store review and hope that pretty soon our iOS players will be able to try out Arcade and have fun.

При авторизации через Apple ID будет создаваться новый аккаунт, поэтому всем обладателям игровых профилей, привязанных к Game Center, мы рекомендуем продолжать использовать именно его. Несмотря на то, что оба эти сервиса входят в одну экосистему, они не взаимозаменяемы.

Your success in competitive matches was greatly appreciated by the commandship. You’ll get a special reward for the highest rank you achieved in the previous season. To get the reward you just need to enter the game.
It doesn’t mean, however, that it’s time to slack off. Starting today, you’ll have to confirm your skills and recalibrate again at the beginning of each season. Even though your previous achievements are considered, it is going to be challenging anyway.
Apart from the recalibration, the new Battle Pass with time limits is waiting for you. You’ll be awarded with special pieces of equipment for completing its missions. Don’t miss your chance!
Before getting to the mission, it’s important to warm up a bit to be able to hit the target at the right moment. For this purpose, a new training arena was built in the boot camp. You can go there any time and improve your skills.
Everyone has to undergo training at least once, because we’ve made major changes in all weapons. Sniper rifles now also have their own category in the purchase menu.
And if it’s still difficult to aim even after the training, the good choice will be to make a clan or join one. So your clan members will be able to cover you up when it gets dangerous. Especially when new activities are here! Every clan has the chance to challenge another one in Competitive mode. Now clans have their statistics as well.

Однако это не значит, что можно расслабиться. Начиная с сегодняшнего дня, вам предстоит подтверждать свои навыки и проходить повторную калибровку на старте каждого сезона. При выдаче нового ранга будут учитываться и ваши предыдущие достижения, но попотеть всё же придётся.
Помимо повторной калибровки, вас ожидает новый боевой пропуск с ограниченным временем выполнения. За завершение его миссий назначена награда в виде особых предметов экипировки. Не упустите свой шанс.
Перед выходом на задание важно провести разминку, чтобы в нужный момент попасть точно в цель. Специально для этого в учебном лагере соорудили новую тренировочную арену. Можете заходить туда и оттачивать свои навыки в любое время.
Как минимум один раз провести тренировку придётся каждому, ведь мы перенастроили вообще всё оружие: от пистолетов до снайперских винтовок. Последние, к тому же, теперь выделены в свою собственную категорию в меню закупки.
А если даже после тренировки попадать ещё не совсем получается, хорошим выбором будет вступить в клан или создать свой, чтобы сопартийцы прикрыли в опасной ситуации.
Тем более, что в этом сезоне вводится новый вид активностей — Битвы кланов. У каждого клана появляется возможность вызвать другой клан на бой по правилам Соревновательного режима. Вместе с этим, у кланов появляется статистика побед и поражений, опыт, и даже ранги.

It seems we just couldn’t avoid the New Year’s madness.
It was unexpected for us that it would take so much time for Google Play and App Store to review our holiday update.
We spent the whole day waiting to announce our New Year’s update, but in Kazan it rapidly approaches to midnight, and the update still has the “Under review” status on the dev console.
Although, there is also good news: we are very happy that today the holiday has come to at least our players on AppGallery.
Fingers crossed, on January 1 or 2, 2021 the “Little Helper” Protocol will finally be initialized on Google Play and the App Store.
It looks like the only thing left for us for today is to wish you victorious matches, good teammates and a happy New Year.

Our fixing bugs troup made another successful operation.
During it they closed map gaps, found the missing weapons from the statistics section and rotated New Year 2021 medals.
Apart from this our troop noticed that the defuse bomb sound didn’t perform, when a player was shooting. It took some time and effort, although this bug was eliminated as well.

We always track your feedback attentively and try to react as soon as possible to various issues. The 1st week of Battle Pass has quite difficult missions in it, which were challenging for most players.
➡ So we decided to make some corrections to missions and add extra stars for completing 2nd week missions.
New missions are already available for players with Android devices. IOS users will get them updated as well, with the beginning of the 2nd week of Battle Pass.
🔧 Apart from this, we're working intensely on a patch with various bug fixes.
