My honest opinion about Sting is as follows.

Now, quick introduction. I think I am the right person to do a knife review. I have had Karambit, jKommando, Dual Daggers, pretty much every single knife for long periods.

Now, back to the Sting.
I got the Sting "Arcane Surge". I went into an Arms Race match to test it and I was pleased. It's such a quick, smooth and lightweight knife. I was able to do all kinds of stunts without a struggle and successfully kill the enemy. Now, when I tried these stunts with the knives I had, it felt heavy and slow... I'll take the Karambit as a main example, that knife is really heavy.

With these said, Sting is by far one of the most agile knives I have tested, if not the most.

Tanto review time

This knife is a lot to be talked about. I had to play 2 games in order to form an opinion. It's not on the fast side of knives, it's definitely not fast. I'll compare it with Sting. Sting is a quick knife, you can kill your enemy if needed immediately when you pull out the knife, with Tanto, you have to wait until the knife is out of its casing. With Sting I had success doing kills when I ran out of ammo and had an enemy nearby if not in my face. Tanto on the other side is more of a streak knife, it's easy to do multiple kills due to its balanced weight. The animations where it gets pulled out of the casing and put back inside it make it feel slower and it will possibly ruin your clutch or ace.

It's a great knife if you're looking for streak kills and not quick kills as you cannot kill immediately after you pull it out of your inventory but it'll definitely bring a lot of fun to the table.

For me personally, I like quick knives, knives that'll save me in certain scenarios and Tanto does not do that so I'll replace it later on when there's a new knife or a purple variant for a different knife.
