I ply on 4 the two on left I move and shoot while on right I aim and crouch or jump

Thumbs left joystick, thumb right is movement. Middle finger left is Crouch and only crouch, pointing finger left is for shoot only and maybe picking up weapon but it's up to you. Left hand is just pointy finger and it's for all the rest so reload/switch, aim and jump
