I notice that the game has more then no npcs as officers or no AI responders. As I notices we need CHP in game with different maps of the state it self. But the only thing I know is that, the city is within California. With CHP and SFFD and CDC and CNG and SFPD and SFSD with all the departments on state and city it has. But it make it look real In game, and I router use AI responders or state of emergency. As the game need more departments or just playable AI with new npc system.
