Building Should be more streamlined

All buildings and placed objects should require an engineer. Currently sub buildings have a timer that auto deploys the structure.

That would kinda get rid of the assault units one purpose wouldn't it

So you need to buy tons of engineers to even put sandbags down, lol

My God I can't even imagine having to micro an engineer to put up civilian tents
