Happens around Sabor Habor and Braddock Parkway. I think it has to do with zooming or moving the camera. Sometimes when I was hovering while attacking faction garrison with mortar (Civil Guardinas-Braddock Parkway) and one time when moving camera while controlling scientist in Sabor Habor.
Happened as I pressed locate "Civil Guardians" Location (magnifier icon next to faction name). I pressed it after Mortar destroyed their base in "Braddock Parkway".
