She started a pod by 22:00 with 75 infected pop.
Reloaded the save after from the starting hour, followed her around and same thing also it seems that she is only gaining infected pop. from killing dynamic civies and the 30 second news ticks (only in the zone she is currently in, otherwise even if a zone has small infected pop no one will get turned when the tick happens)

If the saves break again i have them saved in a backup folder so i can post them again

Thanks for this: that's definitely too slow. Setting had been updated but was tuned down too much, so tuned it back up. She should start up her initial hive at a much more reasonable time now!
