Hey, you may set up your channel before using the BOT. Check if the GarticBOT role has the following permissions enabled on the channel: view channel, embed links, attach files, ping roles, add reactions. Notice that if the GarticBOT role is not between the role permissions in the channel, this is likely the reason why the bot is not responding to your commands.

Along with that, the drawings came from Brazilian Gartic. It's currently not available to English Gartic.

Hello Gartic support! We're currently in the last frame of an animation game with no time limit, but our friend disconnected! However, when they try to reconnect to the room, we get in error that says they're already in the room and they can't rejoin, and thus we can't finish the game and see the fruits of our work 😦 We've tried logging out of Discord, closing out of Gartic, clearing cookies, and signing in from a different device. It's very simple. Just click on the custom settings tab, and set it up however you want.
If you're going to play in a room with many players, it's recommended you set the number of turns to few or most, and/or set the timer to fast or regressive.

No like Ik how you make a normal role in your server and can give them certain permission but as for this bot , I don't know how you are suppose to give that permission of using this bot to a specific role . I tried looking at web and even on YouTube but I could find anything so I had no other option but to ask you guys , sorry for all this trouble tho

It's simple. If you need to start the bot use the command that Ive told you. If you want that others users can use GarticBOT's command, you need to create that role (no perm is required) just make sure on the spelling. Plus, users that have kick permission are able to use GarticBOT commands too, do you get it?

Seeing some issues in a server I'm in that has the gartic bot in there where:

1. Some of the reactions to the correct answers are slow
2. The bot will appear to be typing then just doesn't post the picture and then either only gives the 30 second reminder post or doesn't give anything at all.
3. It doesn't provide the proper game over post and just gives the "type g.restart to begin a new turn!" message

My apologies. Allow me to elaborate. Since the beginning of installing GarticBOT, we never had an issue with starting the game without specifying a theme because it has already been set to "general". Is there a reason why it isn't starting now? Does the bot have an expiry date on how long a theme lasts or was there a recent update that caused this?

Therefore, you must initialise the BOT with g.gartic

By default, if you type only g.gartic the general theme starts automatically

if you want a different theme, then you use g.gartic [theme name] notice that commands in brackets mean that they are optional
