So I got to wave 200 recently - 500k candy but its not updating on my phone as it still displays my previous highscore of 100 waves, I do have evidence of reaching wave 200 which is in the attached images
It's probably due to lag as the game froze/crashed when I chose to give up and collect the rewards - I did get the rewards anyways so no issue with that.
