Thank God this happened to me after I reached the 5000 point but basically what happened was the wave started coming in strong and I no longer needed my workshops or chitin storage so I removed them to build another stock pile of barracks when my aunt colony started dropping rapidly, I changed over to try to mass produce, and I stopped working on all of the barracks by deleting them instead of changing worker priorities now all 22 of them are stuck in my colony will perish soon enough

Try turning off building in worker priority then replace it to build dirt on that spot, then turn on building in priority
