the way some of the concerts i have been to do it is that VIP gets in early and have everything except the shirt bagged up and then as you come in they ask you your size and grab that shirt from the pile to add to your bag. like it isnt anywhere near the merch table. I know some artists ship them but i havent had one do it yet

also the vip shirt is almost always like a vip exclusive one, it wont be the same as any of the merch table items so if you like a merch table shirt you do have to buy it

Hey folks! First time posting in the Discord - go easy on me ❤️ I have a question about concert etiquette. I'll be going to one of their Chicago shows this August and got seats in the stadium because I'm short and I want to be able to actually see them 🫠 But I also want to dance my ass off! Do folks at GA shows sit politely or do they stand up? I'd hate to be that asshole, but I will be if necessary.

I’ve never had seats at a GA concert but I have to say don’t be afraid to stand don’t be afraid to dance. Just be aware of your surroundings and the people around you.

and you’re short too so you won’t be blocking people’s view as much haha (I’m short and always end up behind a very tall person 😢)

So at Cardiff the disabled seats are a solo row on a balcony so this might not be an issue - though people may not have been able to get these seats and thus be in standard seating. In the 02, however, the ambulant disabled seats are the last row of the lowerbowl seats, so always good so check in to see if they can see ❤️

They are the only two ones I have any real knowledge on from my experience of being in those seats!

Yeah I know, but sadly some people even with disability don't classify for access for them and end up in general seating (or there's just not enough for everyone who wants to go)

based off observing how many other artists are experiencing this same phenomenon, i feel like there isnt a high risk and they were aware that arenas wouldnt sell out, just that their demand puts them above what they used to play in. im assuming most if not every show on tour is going to have alot of seats cut off and people in seats will be moved up at most

I’d say if you want to record parts of the show you have to find a fine balance of doing it and not doing it. I don’t have a fancy camera, and just use my phone, but even doing that takes away from the experience for me at least. But maybe other people don’t feel the same
