I didn't because after reading the document on their site, you have to have PROOF proof of certain situations to get the refund. Also, in the event tickets are cancelled, they only refunded up to half of what I purchased anyway, less if I include the cost of the insurance

Yeah no problem! If you go to more than 1-3 shows a year, I would recommend spending the extra $10 or so for the Experience Plus. They come with both foam and silacone tips and an additional "mute". I've tried both configuations and personally, I prefer the most protection I can get with the foam tips and mutes. They also go on sale regularly!
