If you're able to go to the hotel before the concert, a lot of times they can hold your bag for you even if it's before your check in time!

I've done that the couple times I've been to Toronto

They'll just give you like a "pick up tag" with a number matching the number they put on your bag and you just give them that tag back when you want to get your bag from them
